| Obituary:
Mary Virginia Gregg Reynolds passed away Monday, December 20 in Sleepy Hollow, New York. Mary Jean, as she was lovingly known, was the beloved wife of Calvin Reynolds and the devoted mother of her six children. Mary Jean was born in Leesburg, Virginia, graduated from the Lincoln High School in Lincoln, Virginia and attended Marjorie Webster College. She is survived by her husband, five children from her previous marriage to John Wiley Pancoast: John Jr. of Lilburn, Georgia; Gregg and Scott, both of San Diego; Keith of Cincinnati; and Mary Shawn Strickland of Nashville; two stepsons: Dwight Reynolds of Miami, and Neal Reynolds of Windham, NH; seven grandchildren, five step grandchildren, and one great grandson. Memorial services will be held at the Briarcliff Congregational Church in Briarcliff Manor, NY at 10am on Wednesday, December 29 and at the Goose Creek Friends Meeting House in Lincoln, VA at 11am on Friday, December 31. Burial will follow in Lincoln. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Phelps Hospice, 711 North Broadway, Sleepy Hollow, NY 10591. May she rest in peace! |
