| Obituary:
The family of Lorraine C. Sullivan, 82, mourns her passing. Her journey took her from Woodlawn in the Bronx, to Fall River, MA, Toronto, Ont., Bedford and Pleasantville, NY, Alexandria, VA and Avon, CT. Her confidence, caring, strength and humor inspired her husband, six children and 22 grandchildren. She encouraged us all to take our faith more seriously and ourselves less so. She will be greatly missed. Services will be held at Beecher Funeral Home, 418 Bedford Road, Pleasantville, New York, May 11, from 2:00 – 4:00 and from 7:00 – 9:00. A funeral will be held at Holy Innocents Church, Pleasantville, on May 12 at 10:00. As an alternative to flowers, donations can be made to St. Francis Foundation, 95 Woodland St., Hartford, CT 06105, in recognition of the care Lorraine received at the St. Francis Cancer Center.
