Obituary: William Russell Davies, 79 died in Mt. Kisco NY on August 25th. “Russ” was a devoted father, grandfather and husband. He served in the US Army, received his Masters of Business Administration from Syracuse University and spent his career in the sugar industry concluding as an Executive Vice President at Refined Sugars Inc.
He is survived by three children Ted, Bill and Tish, their spouses Carla, Stephanie and Jerry, as well as six grandchildren Ashley, Colbey, Bonnie, Anna, Alyssa and Russell. His wife of 50 years, Dusty, died in 2005.
Services will be held at Beecher Funeral Home in Pleasantville NY on Sunday September 6th at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Alexander Graham Bell Association Hear Here Hartford, PO Box 33, South Glastonbury, CT, 06073. |
